PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Once we receive your order, we will close it at 6:00pm (CST), and process and pack it within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Current delivery times range from 7 – 15 business days due to high demand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, factors such as bad weather, natural disasters, or complex customs procedures in some areas may result in delays in delivery. Please be patient in these situations.

SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping fee: $6.99 per order.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs. This fee is non-refundable once the order has been successfully shipped.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
