Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. This means you have 30 days from the time you receive the item from us to make your return request. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

– The product must not have been worn, unused or intact.

– Products must be returned in original packaging.

– A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return

Additional items cannot be returned:

– Gift card

– The product is on promotion or discount

Note: Damaged products will not be returned

PROCEDURE

After receiving the product from us and you want to return it, please contact us immediately via [email protected] about your request. Our staff will receive and instruct you on how to return the goods to us. We will not accept items returned without prior contact.

TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Standard shipping is $6.99 at the customer’s own expense and no refund will be issued once the product return is complete.

However, in some cases where our error is due, we will bear this cost. (Delivery not according to the order; Product delivered is defective; Delivery exceeds the allowed time)

REFUND

After receiving the returned goods and checking, if your request is accepted, we will notify you by email and issue a refund to you. The refund process will take a certain number of days, please wait.

If the specified time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Within 24 hours of your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can deal with it promptly.

Note: Once the goods have been shipped, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. Please be present to receive and return goods according to the above policy.
